Each package contains approximately 25 servings. A recommended dose consists of 2 scoops (30 g, equivalent to about 5 heaping tablespoons) mixed with 200–300 ml of liquid. The product can be consumed 1–3 times daily as a protein supplement to your diet. The stated dosage should not be exceeded.
